Apparently, that goes for scanning and sending two-sided documents as a PDF file because I get at least two calls per month about this from my Sharp copier and printer customers.;And since people are calling for this information, I bet they are searching for it, too!

Setup And Use Easy Scan To E

Easy Scan to E-Mail is a feature of Brother Apps that allows you to send scanned data via email directly from your Brother machine, without configuring any email server details.

Before you use Easy Scan to E-mail, first save your recipients’ email addresses.

When finished, go to Brother Apps; Easy Scan to E-mail, and then;select the address you want.

Note: The screens shown below may vary depending on the Brother machine.

From Scanner To Computer

Place your document face down on your scanner’s glass, again, ensuring the glass is clean.

Open the scanning software on your computer and select the scan to be saved in a “PDF” format.

Name your file, specify the directory you want the PDF file saved in and hit “Preview.”

Preview your scan and hit “Scan” if you’re satisfied with how our document looks.

Open your email program and address your email. Type in your subject, message and attach your scanned PDF file from the folder it was saved in. Send your email.
