When a customer checks in to your event or business using the Service Victoria app and shows you the confirmation screen, you will see:
If the customer hasn’t yet linked their COVID-19 digital certificate to the Service Victoria app, it will say ‘No certificate’. This could mean a number of things:
A venue may ask to see a customers proof of vaccination, which a customer can show on their app by tapping their COVID-19 digital certificate. It will show name, date of birth, vaccination status and a QR code. A venue may also ask to see another form of identification, for example their Driver Licence, to confirm the identity on their COVID-19 digital certificate.
When a customer checks in with the Service Victoria app, the check-in details and vaccination status is not kept or stored by the business or venue.

On your Apple device, make sure Wi-Fi is turned on and there is a check mark next to the name of your local Wi-Fi network. If you are connected to a different network, tap the name of your network to join it.

Printers with a touchscreen control panel: Touch the Wireless icon or open the Network Settings or Setup menu to view the network connection status.
