How To Check Scan History

11-02-201707:23 AM

I’d like to know if there is a way to check the history of my scans? I do not have the documents that I’ve scanned earlier anymore and I’d like to find it as there was a second page to the document that I had forgotten to scan. I believe using the scan history I can adjust the contrast or summat to see the second page? I don’t have the document and it is pretty important. Any help is appreciated thanks.

Welcome to the HP Forums

I would like to take a moment and thank you for using this forum, it is a great place to find answers.

As I understand you want to check the scan history of your HP Deskjet 3630,

No worries, as I’ll be glad to help you, that said, I’ll need a few more details to dissect your concern & provide an accurate solution:

Is this related to the HP connected account?

If yes, follow the details below to learn more:

HP Connected keeps a record of every print job printed from your HP ePrint email address in the last 30 days. When you send an HP ePrint print job from the email address associated with your HP Connected account, or from any authorized email address, you can reprint, download, share via email, or delete the print job within 30 days of its arrival.

If the print job was sent from an unauthorized email address, you can see a record of it in the print history but cannot take any actions other than deleting the print job.

Let me know how that pans out

And Have a great day Ahead!
